Tuition

Application Deadline

Because CCS offers a low student/teacher ratio, classes fill early. Parents are advised to submit applications as early as possible.

Application fee: $100

Non-Refundable Student Registration fee:  $300  before January 31st,  $350 before February 28th and $400 from March on.  (This amount is paid after student is accepted.)

Annual Tuition

Parents may pay in 10 monthly installments beginning July through FACTS Tuition, a direct tuition account service.  See more information below.  There is an annual fee of $41/family for the installment plan for the 2011-2012 school year, due upon the signing of this contract.

Discounts

In order to qualify for any discounts, registration must be completed by June 30th.

Family Discount - The tuition of a second child will be discounted 5%; a third child's tuition will be discounted 5%.

*K4 1/2 day consists of classes from 8:15 am to 12:00 pm. Late pickups will result in a fee of $1 per minute. In addition, all K4 students will be tested in February for developmental readiness for the CCS K5 program for the following year (2011-20112. Enrollment in the CCS K4 program does not guarantee acceptance into the K5 program.

Before- or after-hour care is also available for an additional fee.

  • Before-hour care is $10/day (up to $60/month).
  • After-hour care is $15/day (up to $60/week).

Late pick-up for students after 6:00 pm is $10 per quarter-hour. All fees for after-hours care are to be paid in advance on the first school day of each month.

FACTS e-Cashier   

Through FACTS e-Cashier you will be able to arrange for monthly payments for CCS tuition.  FACTS e-Cashier will allow you to make automatic payments from your Checking or Savings account (United States Bank Accounts Only).  This is only for new families to use for the 2011-2012 school year.  Returning families will still re-enroll for FACTs the same way.

Tuition Assistance  

Tuition assistance is provided through FAST - (Financial Aid for School Tuition).  FAST serves Christian families by encouraging Christian schools to provide Christian education to all families regardless of their ability to pay. FAST will furnish a confidential family financial needs assessment and will recommend to their school a financial aid grant or scholarship based on the family’s ability to pay.  For more information, check our their website.
