Fridays 3:30 - 4:30
 

Class Dates:

1st Semester (11 classes): 
Friday, 9/13 - Friday, 12/13 (No class on 9/27, 10/18, 11/22)
2nd Semester (12 classes): 
Friday, 1/10 - Friday, 4/17 (No class 2/21, 3/6 or 4/10)

Class Description:

CCS Basketball Club is an afterschool program for students in K5-8th grade. The object is to equip kids with the basic knowledge and skills of basketball. Skills such as dribbling, proper stance, shooting, and basic concepts of the game will be covered.
 
 
Other Notes to Parents:
  • Please send a water bottle for your student for Basketball Club.
  • Students will be given time to change into athletic clothes before Basketball Club. Students may wear CCS P.E. uniform, CCS spirit shirts, or school appropriate attire.
  • Students will do indoor drills and "chalk-talk" in case of rain or temperatures below 45 degrees.
  • Sending an extra snack is recommended for your student to eat while waiting for class to start at 3:30.
  • Pick up your student(s) in the Fellowship Hall at 4:30 through the side courtyard door. Please find the teacher to sign out your student(s).
  • If student is not picked up by the end of class, an after-care teacher will sign out the student and escort him or her to after-care.
