Class Description:

Calling all kids who love to sing, dance, and act!  Develop your acting, singing and dancing skills while learning selections from popular Broadway shows such as "Seussical", "Annie", and "The Lion King".  In addition to rehearsing for the showcase students will learn vocal and dance warm-ups, play theatre games, and receive training in acting technique, vocal skills, and choreography.  Students will perform in the Fall Showcase in December and another showcase in the Spring. Every student will receive a role.
 
Other Notes to Parents:
  • Sending an extra snack is recommended for your student to eat while waiting for class to start at 3:30.
  • The class will take place in the Sanctuary. Please let Elizabeth Blakemore know if you plan to be present and observe the class, it is helpful to minimize distractions during class. No food is allowed in the Sanctuary.
  • Pick up your student(s) in the fellowship hall at 4:30 through the side courtyard door. Please find the teacher to sign out your student(s).
  • If student is not picked up by 4:30, an after-care teacher will sign out the student and escort him or her to after-care.
