Class Description:
We learn, we build, we play with LEGO Bricks. Units include:
Mission 2 Space: Space, often called “the last frontier”, has inspired scientists, star-gazers and adventurers for generations.
Laws of Motion: Students will discuss ways to measure the passing of time, including different methods that have been used throughout history. They will explore laws of motion with familiar machines such as the clock and lawn mower. They will be introduced to such terms as sundial, hourglass, mass, reaction.
Ticket to Ride: Students will explore why some people get dizzy when they ride on a merry go round? Where is the best place to sit if you want to experience the fastest ride? Find out the answer to these and other important playground questions, introducing vocabulary words as counterclockwise and pulley.

Sending an extra snack is recommended for your student to eat while waiting for class to start at 3:30.

Pick up your student(s) in the fellowship hall at 4:30 through the side courtyard door. Please find the teacher to sign out your student(s).

If student is not picked up by 4:30, an after-care teacher will sign out the student and escort him or her to after-care.
