Teach a child to choose the right path, and when he is older, he will remain upon it.
Selecting the right school for your child is a big responsibility – it is one that helps you show your child the right path to walk with God towards the future. As Christian parents, we have both the opportunity as well as an obligation to the Lord to rear our children in a way that is pleasing to Him. Here are CCS, we strive to offer The Covenant Difference. We take the elements of this difference very seriously and use them to help us walk the path with you.
…Using Knowledge, Understanding, Wisdom...
…By Discovering God’s Truth...
…The way God made us to learn.
As we partner with Christian families in the education of their children, our covenantal policy states that we believe children who benefit the most from being at CCS are those who are actively discipled at home and at church. We seek families who take their children to church and regularly teach them about the worship of God. Therefore, each prospective student must have at least one parent/legal guardian who professes faith in Christ and is a member in good standing in a Christian, Bible-believing church. Though a wide variety of church denominations are represented at CCS, this policy helps create a school which is comprised of families who are “on the same page” and is of great benefit to all of the Covenant community.
Covenant Christian School is a private school, fully accredited by AdvancED (SACS) and the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC). Among CCS’s professional memberships are the Atlanta Christian School Association (ACSA) and the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS). These organizations allow us to offer you and your child strong educational opportunities that are Biblically based in the classical tradition and offer opportunities for academic success.
We want you to get to know who we are and how seriously we take the responsibility to our students and parents. We also want you to see the expectations of all the members of the CCS community. We invite you to:
- Explore our website.
- Schedule a time to come in and see our students and faculty in action.
- Research Classical education and how it works.
- Ask questions.
We appreciate your interest in Covenant Christian School and are here to help in any way we can. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
