Max Thelen (President)
Max is a graduate of Kennesaw State University's Coles College of Business and Regent University School of Law. He practices law at The Summerville Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he specializes in complex civil litigation, appeals, and catastrophic personal injury. He also serves in the Georgia Army National Guard as a Judge Advocate. He is a member at Smyrna Presbyterian Church, where he serves on the policy and personnel committee. He and his wife Allie have four children and the three eldest are enrolled at CCS.

David Stallings (Vice President)
David Stallings is a mortgage loan officer. He is 65 years old and has served as an elder, Sunday school teacher at Smyrna Presbyterian Church and former session liaison to the Covenant Christian School Board. He has served at Hope Presbyterian Church as a deacon, elder, and a Sunday School teacher.

Amanda Stevenson (Secretary)
Amanda is a 2013 graduate of The University of Georgia and currently serves as the Executive Director of Admission for the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. She and her husband, Josh, are members of Smyrna Presbyterian Church.

Edward Russell-Tutty II (Treasurer)
Proud parent of 3rd-grader Rory (enrolled at CCS since K4) and blessed to be married to Kelly, Edward is a Vice-President of Finance for Georgia Pacific. He has an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He and Kelly are members of North Avenue Presbyterian Church.

Ileana Starwood
Ileana earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Health Information from International College in Naples, FL. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame, and completed a core Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). As CEO of Gabriel Alliance LLC, Ileana serves as an Advocate and Champion for neurodiversity and inclusion in educational and work settings. She and her husband, Ty, are members of Cumberland Community Church in Smyrna. Their sons, Gabriel and Braylen, attended CCS from K4 - 2nd grade.

Devin is a management consultant with 20 years of experience across a range of business disciplines, including design, marketing, and business strategy. When not consulting, Devin enjoys a number of hobbies, including children’s book illustration. He is a member of Smyrna Presbyterian Church and has one child enrolled at CCS.

Nancy Castor Sprattlin
Nancy is a proud mom of three sons who attend CCS (first grader twins and a 6th grader). She is a graduate of Stony Brook University, St. John’s University and New York Law School. She has been practicing law for more than 18 years in Georgia and New York and is currently the managing member and founder of Castor Sprattlin Law Group, LLC focusing on employment law (litigation, training and investigations), wills and trusts, and probate. She is also the go-to employment law counsel for several small to medium sized businesses in Cobb county. She and her husband, Richard, have called Smyrna home for more than 10 years and are members of St Thomas the Apostle Church.

John Milberger
John has an Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He is a Project Lead at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta and has over 25 years of software development and project management experience in the defense industry. He grew up in Warner Robins, GA and his wife of 25 years, Ellen, grew up in Stone Mountain, GA and is a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Minute Clinic. John has served multiple terms as a deacon and is currently an elder at Smyrna Presbyterian Church where he and Ellen have been active members for over 15 years. Their oldest son, Michael, is at Georgia Southern University in Electrical Engineering and attended CCS from K4-8th grade. Their youngest son, Daniel, started in K4, and is currently in the 6th grade at CCS.
